From the moment we arrived, the staff, particularly Hassan and Abdellatif, were exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and clean, providing us with a great quality of sleep after long days of exploring. One highlight was the beautifully maintained pool area, where my children loved splashing around while watching a peacock grace the grounds. On top of that, the restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals that catered well to our family's palate. We embarked on a two-day desert trip organized by Hassan. The experience surpassed our expectations as we explored the Erg Chegaga dunes, creating memorable moments together. Chez Ali is a fantastic family destination that strikes the right balance between comfort and adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway with activities suitable for all ages. It truly was a delightful experience for us.
